Liner
Five differently colored liners support the coloring during layering.
They are used to cover white-opaqueous frameworks.
- > Features | Usage
- Highly fluorescent and translucent, fluorescence is the key to controlling the brightness value.
- High firing temperature, thus a high surface wetting is achieved.
- High flowability, thus perfect bonding to the zirconium dioxide.
- Neutral Liner intensifies the color effect of the shaded frameworks through its fluorescence and thus supports a natural-looking result.
- Do not use on lithium disilicate.
Titanium Opaque
- > Features | Usage
- Excellent bonding between framework and veneering ceramic.
- No special bonder is necessary.
Core Dentin
Six differently colored Core Dentines, for a color-supporting, highly chromatic and fluorescent core firing.
- > Features | Usage
- Material for a color-supporting, highly chromatic and fluorescent core firing.
- Increase the light reflection and achieve a natural brightness when applied on ZrO2 framework materials. The usual layering scheme can be maintained.
- Creation of ZrO2 restorations with considerably more brightness on opaque framework materials.
- Chromatic support of e.g. cusp cips.
- Underlining of pontics.
- Compensation of layer differences between pontic and crown.
- Preparing the reduced tooth shape for implant crowns.
- Increased firing temperature reduces shrinkage risk when firing the final layering.
Opaque Dentin
- > Features | Usage
- Lower fluorescence than Core Dentin material but at the same time has a higher opacity level.
- The opaque setting of the shades allows thinner areas in the layering structure to be concealed.
- Unlike classic opaque dentines, chroma and fluorescence are adjusted so that they do not stand out from the layering.
- For layer thicknesses below 0.5 mm, Opaque Dentin can be used as a substitute for the corresponding Dentin.
Use of the Chroma Opaque Dentine:
Depending on the layer thickness, the chroma is more or less intensiv.- OD Indian Corn: for tooth shades A1-A4.
- OD Caramel: for tooth shades B1-B4.
- OD Salmon: orange - for older chromatic teeth.
- OD Ivory: for opaque, not shiny white teeth.
- OD Ivory+: more white for brightening and covering „grey“ frameworks.
Dentin
- > Features | Usage
- Developed for two-mass layering technique. Due to the special coloring, a shade ring tooth color can be layered directly "out of the jar" with a minimum of effort.
- The opacity is set for a minimum layer thickness of 0.5 / 0.6 mm.
- The use of Opaque Dentin for shade stabilisation is not necessary.
- The fluorescence of the dentine material corresponds to that of natural teeth.
Enamel
- > Features | Usage
- The Enamel colors are based on the classic layer concept.
- Effect Enamel with low fluorescence and higher opacity.
- Molar White has a very high fluorescence to increase the value in the posterior region.
- Neutral is used to correct the shape without changing the value.
- Opal and Opal+: Opalescent material in two different intensities with lower chroma.
Neck Transpa
- > Features | Usage
- High fluorescence and chroma for the cervical area to obtain light conduction into the gingiva.
- Due to the high fluorescence and the intense coloring, the Neck Transpa material can also be used interdentally and occlusally for color enhancement and brightening.
Translucent
Translucent material is available in nine different colors.
- > Features | Usage
- Translucent is used for translucent effects in incisal area.
- Material without fluorescence and high translucency.
- Chroma without fading effect.
- For the individual and dynamic part of the layering.
Mamelons
- > Features | Usage
- High density non-fluorescent intensive material.
- Highly chromatic with much opacity.
Correction
- > Features | Usage
- Lower firing temperatures allow shape corrections even after glaze firing.
Gingiva
Gingiva materials are available in seven different colors.
- > Features | Usage
- Dark gingival masses have an opacity like dentine, light gingival masses like enamel.
Modifier
- > Features | Usage
- Modifiers are intended to individualise the layering.
- The modifiers "Dark Fluor" and "Light Fluor" are used to adjust the brightness value. Dark Fluor has a violet/grey component, while Light Fluor is set to bright white.
Bleach
- > Features | Usage
- For the creation of very light tooth shades.
