InSync MC system components
For the InSync MC Ceramic System, the base materials were developed completely from scratch. The fluorescence, translucency and opacity of the ceramic are based on the human tooth. These advantageous optical characteristics lend a high-quality, discerning aesthetic and naturally lifelike effect to all dental restorations.
The high colour stability and brilliance are retained even after repeated firing.
These advantageous optical properties give all InSync MC restorations a high aesthetics and a natural vivid effect.
Powder Opaque
Available as low and high value washopaquer to stabilise the brightness value.
- Features | Usage
- To stabilise the brightness value and to create a bond between the framework and the layering ceramic.
- The high bond strength makes the use of a bonder unnecessary for non-precious metals.
- The powder is mixed with Opaque Liquid and can be applied easily and evenly.
Paste Opaque
Available in 16 VITA® Classic shades and in two light special shades A0 and B0.
- Features | Usage
- The form of application in glass jars leads to a consistent consistency and thus enables even, thin layer thicknesses with high covering power.
- Very good bonding values provide security and stability for long-lasting veneers.
Margin
Highly fluorescent material, available in 16 VITA® Classic shades and two light special shades A0 and B0.
- Features | Usage
- Highly fluorescent, the shoulder compounds have the highest fluorescence content in the entire layering system.
- The margin material can also be used for underfiring the pontics. Thanks to the high firing temperature, the pontic portion no longer shrinks during dentin firing and thus forms a stable base for layering.
Opaque Dentin
Opaque Dentines are available in all VITA® Classic shades, two light special shades A0 and B0 as well as in the Bleach shades BL1 - BL4.
- Features | Usage
- The fluorescence is lower than with the margin compounds, but at the same time has a higher opacity level.
- The opaque setting of the shades allows thinner areas in the layering structure to be concealed.
- Unlike classic opaque dentines, chroma and fluorescence are adjusted so that they do not stand out from the actual layering.
- For layer thicknesses below 0.5 mm, Opaque Dentin can be used as a substitute for the corresponding Dentin.
Dentin
Available in all VITA® Classic shades as well as A0, B0 and in Bleach shades BL1 - BL4.
- Features | Usage
- Developed for the two-mass layering technique. Due to the special colouring, a shade ring tooth colour can be layered directly "from the jar" with a minimum of work.
- The opacity is set for a minimum layer thickness of 0.5 / 0.6 mm. The use of Opaque Dentin for shade stabilisation is not necessary.
- The fluorescence of the dentin material corresponds to that of natural teeth.
Enamel
Standard enamel 57 - 60, Neutral, Opal Low and Opal High.
- Features | Usage
- Standard Enamel 57 - 60 from whitish to greyish in colour is oriented towards the classic layering concept.
- Neutral is used to correct the shape without changing the brightness value.
- Opal Low and Opal High: Opalescent in two different intensities with lower chroma.
Effect Enamel
Effect enamel masses: Molar White, Grey, Yellow, Orange, White and Blue.
- Features | Usage
- Effect Enamel: Molar White, Grey, Yellow, Orange, White and Blue are coloured incisals with low fluorescence and higher opacity.
Mamelon
Non-fluorescent intensive compounds. Available in Salmon, Orange, Yellow, Ivory and Teak.
- Features | Usage
- High density non-fluorescent intensive compounds.
- Highly chromatic with lots of opacity.
Neck Transpa
High fluorescence and lots of chroma. Available in yellow, orange, orange-pink and amber-khaki.
- Features | Usage
- High fluorescence and much chroma (colour), for the cervical area to obtain light conduction into the gingiva.
- Due to the high fluorescence and the intensive colouring, the Necktranspa material can also be used interdentally and occlusally for brightening and colour enhancement.
Translucent
Available in Yellow, Orange, Light Blue, Intense Blue, White, Pink and Clear.
- Features | Usage
- Yellow, Orange, Light Blue, Intense Blue, White, Pink and Clear were developed for translucent effects in the layering.
- Without fluorescence with high translucency but also enough chroma without fading effect.
- For the individual and dynamic part of the layering.
Correction
Correction material is available for Dentin and Enamel.
- Features | Usage
- Lower firing temperatures allow shape corrections after glaze firing.
Gingiva
Gingiva materials are available in seven different colours.
- Features | Usage
- Available in seven different colours.
- The darker colours have an opacity like the dentines, the lighter ones like the enamles.
Modifier
Modifiers in the basic colours A, B, C and D as well as Low and Dark Fluor.
- Features | Usage
- Available in the basic shades A,B,C,D to intensify the basic shade.
- Intended for mixing into the dentines or for individualising the layering materials.
- The modifiers "Dark Fluor" and "Light Fluor" are used to adjust the brightness value. Dark Fluor has a violet / grey component while Light Fluor is set to bright white.
Documents for download
We provide you with various documents for the application of the InSync MC veneering ceramic system. In the workbooks you will find all information about the ceramic system, instructions for framework preparation as well as for layering, also with the new hybrid technique. The shade card gives you a general overview of the available materials. With the help of the shade combination table, you can select the right materials for the fabrication of a specific tooth shade. The firing tables show the firing parameters for the different firings.
